In addition, it also offers the possibility to generate application-specific water-based cleaning solutions in semiconductor industry with the highest flexibility in pH value and redox potential.

The ability to completely mineralize organic water pollutants is the main characteristic within the Wastewater Business Unit. The high efficiency of the purification process enables the user to treat highly contaminated wastewater streams or to remove micropollutants.

The products of the Disinfection Business Unit include effective ozonization of water. By optimizing the flow within the cell, the amount of dissolved ozone is maximized for effective disinfection performance.
